Theo's Rental Policies

Theo's is available for private events. It's close proximity to and long history with Eastern Michigan University's campus makes it a favorite for both current students, student associations, alumni, and community residents. Perfect for graduations, birthdays, socials, and other events. Theo's has a fully operational kitchen (newly re-opened), fully stocked bar, on site security, a professional sound and lighting system.
